Hello dear Members.
2 months ago I paid fron an item on eBay.com a blackberry!
The seller sent the item to from USA to my coutry (Colombia), then the customs of my country received the item, took the blackberry out of the box, then closed again, put tape and sent it back to the seller (USA).
I contacted PayPal and seems to be nothing they can do, because I let pass more than 45 days since I made the payment
I never opened a dispute because the seller always told me to wait, that it was normal because it was a international shipment, anyway I never received anything.
I emailed eBay, contacted, and to be honest nothing happens, no money back, no new blackberry has been shipped.
I left a negative feedback for the seller, actually it was not too bad, I asked them to refound my money or reship the same item again to a forwarder I have in Miami.
They refused to move on until the negative feedback gets removed, but it can't be removed, there's no way, because they have to request it to eBay, not me, and they will not do that.

No money back, no phone!
Help me please guys, what can I do to get my money back?

Hello dear Members.

I have been busy but I will explain my case, emails converstation I had with them, and how they used feedback extortion.
I will screenshot all my emails from them, then you will see how I'm not lying!
If somebody thinks this is illegal, and reports it I really don't care, I will get a .info domain and move to a server where you will be able to do nothing!
The only wait I stop this is when I get my money back!

I bought a pink blackberry with wireovia on dec 18, 2009, i was promised to received the cell before christmas 2009, something never happen. I received the black wrong color, blackberry on dec 28, 2009, when i call the, they insult me and thread me.. i have to pay to send the wrong blackberry back, and they took 10 days more to send a pink blackberry,, but the cell was damage, used and rebuilt. I was bought a new un open one. when I call them again the disrespect me and my husband, they instruct me to send the cell back, AGAIN I have to pay for the shipping back but to save time I paid a express mail and also I sent to them a prepaid express envelope so the process take no more than five days,,, they ignored all my effort and they took the time they want. finally I received a pink blackberry on january 19, 2010 (a mongh latter) and for my surprise,, THE BLACKBERRY DONT work properly, the keyboard is damage and the key get stuck,, two expert technician confirmed again this third cell phone is rebuilt, used and its damage... I contact them today, and they just email me,, and informe me they dont goint to exchange the phone or give me my money back, so I going to end with a inoperable merchandise and i going to loose my money,,(I use paypal to pay) Today I dont find any help, but I made my complaint in FBI and BBB.
